Free 14-Day Bike Returns

We’re so confident that you’ll love our extensive range of bikes, that we’ll let you return the bike for free in the first 14 days if you don’t. That's correct, we’ll offer you a full refund for the bike, and also pick it up from you free of charge!

Just make sure you keep the original box and packaging so you can send it back, and make sure you follow the terms and conditions, found on Returns Policy. If you need to speak to one of our customer service agents via phone please call us on 02 8599 2209.

What if I want to return my bike after the 14-day free return period?

Outside of the 14 day free bike return period, bicycles will only be accepted back within 30 days of purchase and only if they are new and unused.

Please contact us prior to returning a bike to ensure that we can advise you on the best and cheapest method of getting this resolved. After the 14 day bike return period, postage costs to return the bike are payable by the customer. On receipt and examination of the bike we will email you to advise of the refund procedure. Depending on your bank, refunds take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned into your account.

Please allow 3 business days after your order has been placed before you are emailed your tracking number for your order.

Allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to register in the system. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions - we are here to help.
