At BikesOnline, we are passionate about bringing high performance bikes at a reasonable price tag to riders of all experience levels, making the sport of cycling accessible and exciting to all.

We're so confident you're going to love your new THOK that we're offering a 30 day ride it & love it guarantee (exclusive to the TK01R). This way you can take the time to get to know your new THOK and if you don't love it, carefully pack the bike back up (with all supplied equipment and using the original packaging) and we will organise collection from your home, free of charge.

To get the most out of your bike during the trial period, make sure to perform a bike fit and set up the suspension and tyre pressure to suit your body dimensions and weight. Pick familiar routes, this way you can focus all your attention on the bike and how it rides.

In order to process the return, our team will request a full visual report of the bike, prior to and after repacking. Please bear in mind, for returns to be accepted and for a full refund to be issued, the bike must be in like-new conditions and packed securely.

Returned bikes showing significant signs of use, wear, or visible damage, will incur a restocking or cleaning fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. If a restocking fee is charged, customers will have the option of keeping their returned bike at the cost of shipping.
