We understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we want to make sure you can easily track its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about tracking your order with us.
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email notification. This email will include a unique tracking number and details about the courier service that is handling your shipment. This allows you to monitor your order's progress in real time.
Please keep in mind that we operate from two warehouse locations. As a result, your order may be shipped from both locations. For instance, if you ordered a bicycle along with accessories, you might receive your bicycle first. The accessories may be shipped separately and could arrive a few days later, accompanied by a different tracking number. This is a common practice to ensure that your items are delivered as quickly as possible.
To track your order, simply visit the websites of the independent couriers we use, which include Direct Freight Express, Australia Post, and TFM Express. By entering your tracking number, you can see the current status of your shipment.
Additionally, we will keep you informed with email updates regarding your delivery status. For larger items, such as bicycles, you will also receive an SMS on the day of delivery, so you know exactly when to expect your order.
