Redelivery & Remote Postcode Fees

We require a signature for our deliveries and hence we prefer commercial addresses where there is someone present all day to receive the goods. You can select an alternate delivery address to your billing address when placing your order, such as neighbours or workplace. To do this, simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted.

Whilst we can deliver to both residential and commercial addresses, we recommend that you have your goods delivered to a commercial address. There is a $50 redelivery fee should there be no one to accept the goods. eg there is no one home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately we cannot specify the time of day for your delivery.

For remote postcode areas shipping of bikes and other bulky goods start at $25. To check if your postcode incurs a surcharge, please input your postcode into the shipping calculator in the shopping cart or on the bike product page.

Once shipped you will be issued a consignment number which can be used to track your parcel.
