Shipping Policy
All products are in stock and ready to ship from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.
Please note your order may be part shipped from both locations. If you placed an order for a bike/s plus accessories and only receive your bike, your accessories will arrive separately via another tracking number. Please note we cannot ship bikes or parts and accessories to P.O boxes.
NEXT DAY DISPATCH
All orders received by 5 pm AEST will usually be dispatched the following business day. On occasion and due to high demand this may increase to 3 business days (or more) after your order has been placed. Our warehouse team processes orders as fast as possible and in these times we ask for your patience.
If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch ETA times (as referenced above) will begin from the next working day. For tracked shipments once a tracking number has been sent your order will be marked as dispatched. Recently dispatched orders may not have left our warehouse yet however the courier will collect the order either the same day or next business day. Please allow 12 hours for the consignment number to register in the couriers tracking system.
SHIPPING PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND APPAREL
Economy Shipping: Shipping is free for orders over $100 on all small parcels (parts, accessories and apparel) Australia wide using tracked services of Australia Post. Please check our Shipping Calculator on the product pages in order to get a precise delivery cost. Estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days.
Express Shipping: We also offer Express Shipping for an additional fee on parts, accessories and apparel orders. Estimated delivery time on Express Shipping is 1 to 4 business days.
SHIPPING BIKES
Shipping of bikes and other bulky items starts at $29, please check our Shipping Calculator on the product pages in order to get a precise delivery cost.
Shipping of bikes and other bulky goods are fully tracked with our tracking numbers and you will be able to follow your parcel closely.
ORDER STATUS
Hold - The payment is still being processed, the address may have been entered incorrectly and many more reasons. We will be in touch if we need more information from you before shipping the order out.
Pick: The order is ready to be shipped out to your selected address and will be handled by warehouse staff in the next 5 business days.
Pack: The order is being prepared for shipment by the warehouse staff.
Dispatched: The order has been packed and is now in either of the following two stages.
1) Recently dispatched orders may not have left our warehouse yet however the courier will collect the order either the same day or next business day. This means orders dispatched late in the afternoon may not be collected until the following business day. Orders dispatched late Friday afternoon may not be collected by our courier until Monday.
During this time our Customer service team will only be able to see your order has been marked "dispatched" and our courier provider may not yet acknowledge your consignment until it has been scanned into their depot for processing. If you contact our courier during this time they may tell you they have no record of your consignment, don't worry! be patient it will become active and trackable in due time.
Please note once your order has been collected from our warehouse there can be up to 12Hrs for the consignment number to become active within the couriers tracking system.
2) Your order has left our warehouse, has an active consignment number (which can be tracked) and is in transit for delivery.
